Join Us in Our Mission to Preserve Paul Cezanne’s Legacy
Today marks a pivotal moment in the ongoing mission to honor Paul Cezanne’s Legacy.
The Paul Cezanne Society is now permanently based at the Domaine du Jas de Bouffan, Paul Cezanne’s family estate over 40 years.
Within the newly restored estate, the Farm du Jas will become the permanent home of the Cezanne Documentation and Research Center (CCRD).
The CCRD will serve as a vital resource for art historians, researchers, and scholars, while also being responsible for safeguarding and regularly updating the Cezanne Catalogue Raisonné.
From the very beginning, the Farme was envisioned as this very place, a dedicated center for preserving the Catalogue and welcoming scholars from around the world.
Therefore, each contribution will fund directly the CCRD and the Catalogue Raisonné.
The goal is to raise 900,000 euros over three years to support these critical initiatives.
The Paul Cezanne Society retains academics and research priorities, while the City of Aix-en-Provence provides logistical support only.
U.S.-based donors, can make tax-deductible contributions to the American Friends Fund of the Paul Cezanne Society at Myriad USA a public charity as defined by Sections 501(c)(3) and 509(a)(1) of the IRC, and claim the maximum tax benefits allowed by U.S. tax law for their contributions.
Your generosity will ensure the CCRD’s success, foster ground-breaking research, and sustain Cezanne’s legacy on a global scale, all while remaining deeply rooted in his hometown of Aix-en-Provence.
